Appointment of New Director
Torian Resources NL has appointment Mr Mark Cashmore as a director of the Company.
Mr Cashmore brings to the Torian Board a broad range of business development and consulting experience, including project management, risk management, occupational workplace health and safety expertise and marketing. He currently consults to utility companies and government bodies on risk mitigation with a particular focus on occupational workplace health and safety (OWHS).
Mr Cameron Young has resigned as a director of the Company. Mr Young has accepted a new challenging and rewarding role with Boardroom Radio overseas. His contribution as an independent director to the Company was much appreciated by the board who wish him all the best for the future.
