SIERRA MADRE CLARIFIES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

August 5, 2020

Sierra Madre Developments Inc. (the “ Company” ) (TSXV: SMG.H) advises that, further to its news release of August 4, 2020, the $1,000,000 non-brokered private placement financing consisted of 16,666,667 post-consolidated common shares (not “Units”) of the Company at $0.06 per share. No warrants were issued in connection with the financing.
