Gold Mountain Appoints new Chief Executive Officer

VANCOUVER, Canada - July 10, 2023 - Gold Mountain Mining Corp. ("Gold Mountain" or the "Company") (TSX:GMTN) (OTCQB:GMTNF) (FRA:5XFA) today announces that Mr. Howard Jones, acting Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) is stepping down upon fulfilling the Company’s mandate to identify a new CEO.

Mr. Ronald Woo, a current member of management and original founder of the Company, will serve as the Company’s CEO. Mr. Jones will remain on as a board member for the Company.

Ronald Woo, a founder of the Company, will provide stability in management and bring years of technical and project specific knowledge to the role. Mr. Woo was President and Chief Executive Officer of Bayshore Minerals Incorporated, the Company that originally acquired the Elk Gold Project. Prior to his role with Bayshore, Mr. Woo held senior positions with Rover Metals Corp. , Ledcor Construction, Western Canadian Coal and Hunter Dickinson Inc.

The Board of directors would like to thank Mr. Jones for his services to the Company.
