COMMENCEMENT OF RIGHTS TRADING ON ASX (ASX: GMNRA)

Gold Mountain Limited (ASX: GMN) (“Gold Mountain” or “the Company”) is pleased to advise that the rights to the Company’s Renounceable Rights Issue announced on 21 February 2022 have commenced trading today under ASX code: GMNRA.

Under the Rights Issue timetable, rights trading will end on 8 March 2022.
