Dispatch of Rights Issue Offer Documents
Gold Mountain Limited (ASX:GMN) ( the Company) refers to the renounceable rights issue announced on 14 July 2021.
The Company confirms that the Rights Issue prospectus and personalised entitlement and acceptance form has been sent to eligible shareholders.
The timetable for the rights issue is as follows:
