ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DETAILS
Gold Mountain Limited (ASX:GMN) will be holding its Annual General Meeting at Level 34, 1 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000 on Monday, 29 November 2021 at 3.00pm (AEST) ( Meeting ).
The Board has made the decision that it will hold a physical Meeting with appropriate social distancing measures in place to comply with the Federal Government and State Government’s current restrictions on gatherings. For Shareholders who are unable to attend the Meeting in person, they have the opportunity to join via videoconference at: https://bit.ly/3DUF4Co
Shareholders are encouraged to vote online at https://www.votingonline.com.au/gmnagm2021, or please complete and return your proxy form to the Company’s share registry, Boardroom:

Shareholders may submit questions in advance of the Meeting by email to the Company Secretary at [email protected] by 5.00pm (WST) on Saturday, 27 November 2021. Shareholders who attend the Meeting will also have the opportunity to submit questions during the Meeting.
