Pursuant to Policy 9 – Name Change, Stock Splits & Share Consolidations of the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”), please be advised that effective on May 11, 2022, the record date, the Company has consolidated its common shares on the basis of three (3) pre-consolidation common shares for every one (1) post-consolidation common share held (“Consolidation”).

The Issuer announced the proposed Consolidation via news release dated May 3, 2022.
