Golar LNG Energy Limited - Notification of share repurchase

Golar LNG Energy Limited ("Golar Energy" "Company") advises that in connection

with its share buyback programme announced on June 10, 2010 the Company has

acquired a further 40,000 shares through market purchases at an average price of

NOK 7.28 per share.

After this transaction Golar Energy holds a total of 59,000 of its own shares.
