Ex Special dividend
The shares in Golar LNG Limited will be traded ex
dividend as from today 23.09.2010, consisting of one
(1) common share of the Company's subsidiary,
Golar LNG Energy Limited ("Golar Energy") for every
seven (7) common shares of the Company held by such
common shareholder.
