Share option exercise

In connection with the Company's Employee Share Option Plan, 75,000 options have been exercised by eligible employees. These options have been exercised at a strike price of $8.96.

75,000 new shares have been issued.

The total outstanding number of shares in Golar LNG Limited after these options have been exercised is 68,198,700.
