'PM Svanidhi' to the doorsteps of street vendors

Modi government for launching the PM SVANidhi mobile App to bring the microcredit facility under the PM SVANidhi scheme to the doorsteps of street vendors. Street vendors are the most visible section of the informal economy. It is launched specially for providing affordable working capital loan to street vendors to resume their livelihoods that have been adversely affected due to lockdown. The street vendors may now take a loan of Rs 10,000 to reestablish their businesses hit by the coronavirus-led nationwide lockdown. Street vendors are one such vulnerable group. With lockdown, streets wore a deserted look. Street livelihood vanished all of a sudden. Most street vendors provide the main source of income for their households, bringing food to their families and paying school fees for their children. These informal workers have strong linkages

This scheme targets to benefit over 50 lakh Street Vendors who had been vending on or before 24 March, 2020, in urban areas including those from surrounding peri-urban/ rural areas. Under the Scheme, the vendors can avail a working capital loan of up to Rs. 10,000, which is repayable in monthly instalments in the tenure of one year. This amount can be returned to the installment within a year of the track. The loan will be transferred to the street vendors who repay the loan on behalf of the Government in their account as an annual interest subsidy forced the street vendors such as hawker, pheriwalla, rehri-

"PM Svanidhi" will much helpful to Street vendors as there is no need to provide collateral security for the loan and would not attract any prepayment penalty charges. Timely or early repayment would make the borrowers eligible for an enhanced loan amount in the next cycle of working capital loan disbursement.

W. R. CREATED HISTORY WITH 2 TRAINS TO BANGLADESH IN A WEEK FROM GUJARAT

Ahmedabad, In a bid to boost the freight traffic by Indian Railways, Western Railway has set up multi disciplinary Business Development Units (BDU) at Zonal Headquarters and its Divisional Units. The aim of setting up these BDUs is to improve business prospects in freight market by incorporating new ideas and initiatives. As per the directives of the Railway Board, Western Rly has also come up with various incentive schemes to attract freight transporters to tie up with Railways for transportation of their goods and parcels. With the help of these freight incentives, Indian Railways is offering the traffic to freight customers at competitive unit rates, which are lower as compared to Road transportation and to add to this, freight will be delivered to the destination at speedier pace with assured timings.

According to a press release issued by Shri Sumit Thakur- Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Rly, in continuation to this, Western Rly's newly created Business Development Units have created history with big achievements of two trains for Bangladesh within a week including WR's 1st Goods train from Dhoraji station of Bhavnagar division on 4th August, 2020 & WR's 1st parcel special train from Kankariya Goods shed, which

departed for Benapole on 9th loaded this month. Shri Thakur stated that the other achievement of such BDUs set up was made by Ahmedabad division, where a parcel special train has been booked for Benapole station of Bangladesh. This parcel special train will traverse 2110 km from Kankaria to Benapole. It is carrying

It's worth mentioning that Shri AlokKansal - General Manager of Western Rly, is monitoring all the major aspects of BDUs & motivating all concerned energetic teams of divisional BDUs, to achieve big success for new freight business, in their respective divisions. The first breakthrough post setting up of the BDU was made when Bhavnagar division loaded the onion rake from Dhoraji to Bangladesh (Darshana) on 4th August, 2020. The onion rake covered 2437 kms from Dhoraji to Darshana. Constant marketing efforts and interactions by the BDU with APMCs and onion merchants located in Dhoraji, Upleta and Gondal area made this success possible. Dhoraji station was made fit for loading in a very short time, commodities like cloth materials, chemicals and dyes in various VPUs and departed on 9th August, 2020. The revenue earned from this, is Rs 30.50 lakh. It is also expected that four to five parcel special trains will be booked for Benapole station very soon. It is indeed a matter of pride that our Zonal Railways are not just serving the people of India, but are

There has been an enormous increase in the loading of mini rakes, with 249 rakes having been loaded in four months from April to July 2020, as against 2 rakes in the same period last year. WR has loaded 30 rakes of dwarf double stack since the route opened in October, 2019. Out of this, 17 rakes were loaded this financial year, with the highest being 6 rakes in July, 2020. Since April to July, 2020, 744 two point destination rakes were loaded as compared to 621 rakes during corresponding period of last year and 11 rakes were loaded from two originating point to single

destination. In line with the goal of doubling the speed, Western Rly has achieved speed of goods train of 43 km/ hr in July, 2020, as compared to 27 km/hr in the previous

year. Shri Thakur stated that since the recent BDUs set up on WR, several meetings have been held with 75 customers of Chambers of Commerce Trade & Industries, State Govt officials and handling agents. WR has assured customers that wherever feasible, concessions will be made like liberal permission for stacking for loading in parcel special train for Bangladesh. Prospective clients have also given their suggestions and sought discount in loading certain commodities, for which deliberations are being made by WR in order to develop and envisage a better business relation. Shri Thakur stated that these new initiatives by Western Rly, will definitely open the new doors of economic & industrial growth of the nation.

NABARD - Launch of Agriculture Infrastructure Fund (AIF) by Hon'ble PM

Ahmedabad, Hon'ble Prime Minister on 9th August 2020 launched the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund (AIF) with financing facility of Rs.1 lakh crore in virtual mode. During the programme, Hon'ble Prime Minister also interacted with Shri Arvind Bhai Tagadia, Chairman of Shree Sanathali Juth Seva Sahakari Mandli Ltd., (affiliated to Rajkot DCB), one of three PACS selected from across the country for interaction with the PM. Speaking during the launch of the Fund, Hon'ble Prime Minister highlighted that the said scheme would enable convergence of benefits under various programmes, improve storage & post-harvest management and link markets to farmers at the farm-gate. The credit facility available under AIF during 2020-21 is Rs.10000 crore and an amount of Rs.30000

crore shall be available during the next three years each.

The AIF would also act towards enabling financial credit flow at reasonable rate of interest to farmers &farmers' institutions for building agri infrastructure at farm level. Shri Parshottam Rupala, Hon'ble Union Minister of State, Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare, GoI attended the launch programme from NABARD Regional Office Gujarat. Speaking on the occasion, he expressed that the farmers, PACS, FPO & farmers' organisations would come forwardto avail of loans from the banking sector under the AIF. દારૂ પકડવા ગયેલી પોલીસ સાથે મારામારી બાદ અપાઈ જાનથી મારી નાખવાની ધમકી

સાળંગપર. વિશ્વ પ્રસિદ્ધ શ્રી મહારાજના દર્શન કરવાની હોઇ સાળંગપુર કષ્ટભંજન દેવ હનુમાનજી સાળંગપુર કષ્ટભંજન હનુમાનજી મંદિરના પવિત્ર શ્રાવણ માસ મંદિરના દર્શનાર્થીઓ માટે મંદિરના દરમિયાન લોકોની ધાર્મિક લાગણી દ્વાર ખોલવાનું નક્કી કરવામાં આવ્યું અને આસ્થાને માન આપી દર્શનાર્થીઓ છે. કોરો ના ગાઈડલાઈન મુજબ માટે નિશ્ચિત સમય નક્કી કરી દર્શન સોશિયલ ડિસ્ટન્સ રાખી તેમ જ માટે દ્વાર ખોલવામાં આવ્યાં હતાં. સેનેટાઈઝરથી હાથ ધોવરાવી કોરોના મહામારીના કારણે કોરોના દર્શનાર્થીઓને અને ભકતોને શ્રી વાયરસનો ફેલાવો ન થાય તેવા હેતુસર કષ્ટભંજન હનુમાનજીના દર્શન કરવા સ૨કા૨ દ્વા૨ા દ૨ેક ધાર્મિક સ્થળો દેવાશે. આજે શ્રાવણ માસના શનિવારે દર્શનાર્થીઓ માટે બંધ કરવાનો આદેશ ભક્તો અને દર્શનાર્થીઓ માટે કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. સાળંગપુરમાં સાળંગપુર શ્રી કષ્ટભંજન હનુમાનજી દર્શનાર્થીઓ માટે કષ્ટભંજન દેવના મંદિરના દ્વાર ખોલવામાં આવ્યાં હતાં દ્વાર ખોલવામાં આવ્યાંઆ આદેશ અને કષ્ટભંજન હનુમાનજી મહારાજને અનુસાર સાળંગપુર શ્રી કષ્ટભંજનદેવ અન્નકૂટમાં ચોકલેટનો થાળ ધરવામાં હનુમાનજી મંદિર પણ દર્શનાર્થીઓ આવ્યો હતો અને આરતી પણ કરવામાં માટે બંધ હતું, પરંતુ ઘણા ભક્તો અને આવી હતી. અન્નકૂટનો થાળ અને દર્શનાર્થીઓની ધાર્મિક લાગણી અને આરતીના દર્શનાર્થીઓએ આનંદપૂર્વક આસ્થા કષ્ટભંજન હનુમાનજી દર્શનકર્યાં હતાં.

અમદાવાદ, ગુજરાત પ્રદેશ યુવા માં ૬,૦૦,૦૦૦ જગ્યાઓ ખાલી છે. કોંગ્રેસના પ્રભારી શ્રી સીતારામ યુ.પી.એસ.સી. દ્વારા લેવામાં આવતી લાંબા અને યુથ કોંગ્રેસના રાષ્ટ્રીય સીવીલ સર્વિસ, રેલ્વે, બેંકો જેવી પ્રવક્તા શ્રી પાર્થીવરાજસિંહ સરકારીપદોનીપરીક્ષાઓપણપદની કઠવાડીયાએ સંયુક્ત પત્રકાર સંખ્યા ઘટાડી દેવામાં આવી છે, ભરતીઓ ઓછી કરવામાં આવે છે પરિષદને સંબોધન કરતાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે, સમગ્ર દેશમાં બેરોજગારી દર અથવા કાયદાકીય દાવપેચોમાં ૮.૪૪ ટકાએ પહોંચી ગયો છે જેમાં ફસાવી દેવામાં આવે છે. ૧૬૦૦ શહેરી બેરોજગારી દર વધી ૧૦.૮૫ કરોડની બચત કરવા માટે ૨૭,૦૦૦ ટકા એ પહોંચી ગયો છે અને ગ્રામ્ય ભારતીય સેનાના જવાનો ઘટાડવામાં વિસ્તારમાં ૭.૩૨ ટકા છે. સમગ્ર આવી રહ્યા છે અને મીલેટ્રી દેશમાં ૩૩ ટકા સ્કીલ્ડ લેબર એન્જીનીયરીગસર્વીસીસની ૯૩૦૦ બેરોજગાર છે. શિક્ષીત બેરોજગાર જગ્યાને પણ કોરોનાના સમયમાં યુવાનોની સંખ્યા પણ કરોડોમાં ખતમ કરવામાં આવી રહી પહોંચી છે. ભાજપની સરકારમાં છે.કોરોનાની મહામારીમાં ત્રણ કરોડ લાખો સરકારી જગ્યાઓ ખાલી હોવા લોકોએ રોજગારી ગુમાવી છે ત્યારે છતાં યુવાનોને રોજગાર આપવામાં કેન્દ્ર સરકારની કમજોર અને ખોટી સરકાર નિરસ અને નિષ્ફળ છે. આર્થિક નિતિઓને કારણે આંકડા પ્રમાણે કેન્દ્ર સરકારમાં ૭ બેરોજગારીનો આકડો દસ કરોડ સુધી લાખથી વધુ જગ્યાઓ ખાલી છે. પહોચી શકે તેમ છે. આ અભિયાનનો સમગ્ર ભારતમાં સૌથી વધુ રોજગાર મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ યુવાનોના મહત્ત્વના પ્રશ્નો આપતી રેલ્વેમાં પણ ૨.૫ લાખથી માટે રાષ્ટ્રીય પાટનગર દિલ્હીથી વધુ જગ્યાઓ ખાલી છે. સરકાર દ્વારા જિલ્લા કક્ષા, તાલુકા કક્ષાએ અને પૈસા બચાવી અને ઉદ્યોગપતિઓને ગ્રામ્ય કક્ષા સુધી "રોજગાર દો" ના મદદ કરવાની જે નીતિ છે, તેને સફળ _ નારાને બુલંદ કરશે . જેથી વધતી બનાવવા સ્થાયી ભરતીઓને રોકી બેરોજગારી મુદ્દે બેખબર કેન્દ્ર અથવા તો એડહોક ચલાવી યુવાનોનો સરકારને જગાડી શકાય. વડા પ્રધાન શોષણ કરવાનો પ્રયત્ન સરકાર કરી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીની ખોટી આર્થિક રહી છે. કેન્દ્રીય સરકારી વિભાગોમાં નીતિઓને કારણે અર્થવ્યવસ્થાની લગભગ ગ્રુપ-એ માં ૨૦,૦૦૦, હાલત કથળી છે. જેના કારણે કરોડો ગ્નપ-બી માં ૯૦,૦૦૦ અને ગ્રુપ-સી યુવાનોને નોકરી ગુમાવવી પડી છે.

વડા પ્રધાને કૃષિ ઇન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચર ફંડને વર્ચુઅલ મોડમાં શરૂ કર્યું

શ્રી ૯ Augusં ૨૦૨૦ ના રોજ ભંડોળના લોકાર્પણ દરમિયાન કૃષિ ઇન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચર ફંડ (AIF) ને બોલતા માનનીય વડા પ્રધાને વર્ચુઅલ મોડમાં શરૂ કર્યું. એગ્રી પ્રકાશિત કર્યું હતું કે ઉપરોક્ત યોજના ઇન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચર ફંડ હેઠળ રૂ વિવિધકાર્યક્રમો અંતર્ગત લાભોનું .૧,૦૦,૦૦૦ કરોડ ધિરાણની રકમ સંકલન, સંગ્રહ અને લણણી પછીના જાહેર કરવામાં આવી છે. એગ્રી સંચાલનમાં આધારભૂત સુવિધાઓ ઇન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચર ફંડ, ફાર્મ-ગેટ પર પુરી પાડી ને સુધારો કરશે અને ફાર્મ-માર્કેટિંગ તથા પરિવહનની સુવિધાઓ ગેટ પર ખેડૂતોને ને બજાર ની સાથે અને એકત્રીકરણ બિંદુઓ પરના જોડશે. ૨૦૨૦-૨૧ દરમિયાન પ્રોજેક્ટ્સ માટે પ્રદાન કરવામાં એઆઈએફ(AIF) હેઠળ ઉપલબ્ધ આવશે. કાર્યક્રમ દરમિયાન માનનીય વિતરણ રૂ. ૧૦૦૦૦ કરોડ છે અને વડા પ્રધાન શ્રી સાથે વાતચીત કરવા આવતા ત્રણ વર્ષ દરમિયાન દર વર્ષે માટે દેશભરમાંથી પસંદ થયેલ ત્રણ રૂ. ૩૦૦૦૦ કરોડની રકમ ઉપલબ્ધ સેવા પ્રાથમિક સેવા સહકારી થશે.એગ્રી ઈન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચર ફંડ (AIF) મંડળી (PACS)માંથી એક શ્રી ખેડૂત અને ખેડૂત સંસ્થાઓને ખેતીના સનાથલી જુથ સેવા સહકારી મંડળી સ્તરે એગ્રી ઈન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચર બનાવવા લિ. (રાજકોટ જીલ્લા મધ્યસ્થ માટે વાજબી વ્યાજના દરે નાણાકીય સહકારી બેંક સાથે જોડાયેલ) ના ધિરાણ પ્રવાહને સક્ષમ કરવા તરફ અધ્યક્ષ શ્રી અરવિંદભાઇ તાગડિયા પણ કાર્ય કરશે.(૧૯-૮)

રીમોટ ઇવોટીંગ ૧લી સપ્ટેમ્બર ૨૦૨૦ મંગળવારે (સવારે ૯.૦૦ વાગે(આઈએસટી)) શરૂ થશે અને ૩જી સપ્ટેમ્બ ૨૦૨૦ ગુરૂવારના રોજ (પાંચ વાગે સાંજે (આઈએસટી)) પૂરુ થશે આ સમય દરમ્યાન કંપનીના સભ્યો એજીએમની નોટીસમાં જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણે ઇલેક્ટ્રોનીક મતદાન કરી શકશે. રીમોટ ઈવોટીંગ ૩જી સપ્ટેમ્બર ગુરૂવારના રોજ આઈએસટી સાંજના પાંચ વાગ્યાથી. સીડીએસએલ મારકતે બંધ કરી દેવામાં આવશે.. એકવાર ઠરાવ પર મતદાન આપી દીધા બાદ તેમાં કેરકાર કરી શકાશે નહીં. પેઈડ અપ શેરની સંખ્યા પ્રમાણે સભ્યોને તેમના મતાધિકાર મળશે.

કોઈપણ સભ્ય જે એજીએમમાં વીસી અથવા ઓએવીએમ મારફતે હાજર હોય અને ઠરાવ પર રીમોટ ઇ વોટીગ ન કર્યું તેઓ ૨૭ મી હોય અને આ બાબતે પ્રતિબંધિત ના હોય તે સભ્ય માટે ૨૭મી એજીએમ દરમ્યાન ઇ વોટીંગ પઘ્ઘતિ ઉપલબ્ધ કરે એજીએમ દરમ્યાન, ઈ- વોટિંગની સગવડ ઉપલબ્ધ છે. જે સભ્યો રીમોટ ઈ-વોટિંગ દ્વારા પોતાના મતાધિકારનો ઉપયોગ કરી ચુક્યા હોય તેઓ વીસી અથવા ઓએવીએમની વાર્ષિક સામાન્ય સભામાં હાજરી આપી શકશે પરંતુ એજીએમ દરમ્યાન ઇ વોટીંગ સીસ્ટમ મારફતે કરીવાર મત આપી નહિ શકે.

કોઈપણ સભ્ય જે કંપનીએ ઈમેઈલ મારફતે એજીએમની નોટીસ મોકલાઈ ગયા બાદ ૨૮મી ઓગસ્ટ. ૨૦૨૦ના રોજ ાભ્ય બન્યા હોય. તેમને એજીએમની નોટીસ જોઇ લેવી અને લોગઇન આઇડી તથા પાસવર્ડ સીડીએસએલ મારફતે રીફ્રે ક્ષીજા.[ફેંહપ્રજબ્ર્ક્ષજક્ષૈહક્ષેક.ર્ષ્દ્ધ પર વિનંતી કરીને મેળવી શકશે. જે સભ્યોના ઇમેઇલ આઇડી નોંઘાયેલા ન હોય જે શેરહોલરન ઈમેઇલ આઇડી ડીપોઝીટરીઝ-આરટીએ-કંપની સાથે નોંઘાયેલા ન હોય તેમણે ૨૭મી એજીએમની નોટીસમાં જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણેન ઈ વોટીંગ માટે લોગઈન મેળવી લેવા.

જો કોઈપણને એજીએમ-ઇ વોટીંગ બાબતે કોઇ મુંઝવણ હોય તો સભ્યોએ ''સતત પ્રશ્નો પુછો'' (હ્રછઊ) અને ઇવોટીંગ ષઘ્ઘતિ તેમાં મદદ વિભાગ માં અન્વયે "ુર્ીોફેંહજ્ઞેહક્રેક હૃંદ્ર'' ઉપરથી ઈ-વોટિંગ મેન્યુઅલને જોઇ શકે છે અથવા જવું અથવ .સીડીએસએલના મેનેજર શ્રી રાકેશ દલવી , ર પમો માળ, એ વિન્ગ મેરાથોન ફ્યુચરેક્ષ, મફતલાલ મીલ કમ્પાઉન્ડ એનએમ જોષી માર્ગ લોઅર પરેલ (ઈ), મુંબઈ- ૪૦૦ ૦૧૩ ફોન નં. ૦૨૨-૨૩૦૫૮૫૪૨ અથવા ઈ-મેઇલ આઈડી રીક્ષૅક્રીજા.ફિંહપ્તજલ્ક્રજક્રેહક્રેક.ર્લ્દ્વ પર અથવા શ્રી નિતીન કુન્ડેર (૦૨૨-૨૩૦૫૮૭૩૮) અથવા શ્રી મહેબુબ લખાણી (૦૨૨ ૨૩૦૫૮૫૪૩) ઉપર સંપર્ક કરી શકે છે.

એકટ ની કલમ ૯૧ તેની સાથે નિયમ ૧૦ વાંચતા કંપનીઝ (મેનેજમેન્ટ અને એડમીનીસ્ટ્રીશન)નિયમ ૨૦૧૪ અને લીસ્ટીંગ રેગયુલેશનના નિયમ ૪૨ મુજબ, કંપનીના સભ્યોના શેર ટ્રાન્સફર બુક તા.શનિવાર ૨૯મી ઓગષ્ટ ૨૦૨૦થી શુક્રવાર ૪થી સપ્ટેમ્બર ૨૦૨૦ (બન્ને દિવસ સહિત )૨૭મી એજીએમ ના કારણે બંઘ રહેશે. આ ૨૭મી એજીએમની બેઠક પુરી થયાન ૩૦ દિવસની અંદર કંપનીના રૂ.૧૦ની ફેસ વેલ્યુ પર રૂ.૧નું ડીવીડન્ડ એજીએમમાં મંજુર થયા બાદ જે સભ્યોના નામ ડીવીડન્ડ મેળવા પત્રની યાદીમાં હશે તમને મોકલી આપવામાં આવશે
