Re: Final Short Form Prospectus of GoGold Resources Inc. (the "Issuer")

I refer you to the final short form prospectus (the "Prospectus") of the Issuer dated November 24, 2025 relating to the distribution of common shares of the Issuer.

Reference is made to:

1. the technical report (the "Los Ricos South Technical Report") entitled "Feasibility Study and Updated Mineral Resource Estimate of the Los Ricos South Project, Jalisco, Mexico" dated February 28, 2025 with an effective date of January 14, 2025, of which I was involved in the preparation;
2. the technical report (the "Los Ricos North Technical Report", and together with the Los Ricos South Technical Report, the "Technical Reports") entitled "Preliminary Economic Assessment of the Los Ricos North Silver-Gold Project, Jalisco and Nayarit States, Mexico" dated June 30, 2023 with an effective date of May 17, 2023, of which I was involved in the preparation; and
3. the annual information form of the Issuer dated December 11, 2024, for the year ended September 30, 2024 (the "Annual Information Form", and collectively with the Technical Reports, the "Documents"), of which I was responsible for and reviewed the scientific and technical information contained therein.

In connection with the Prospectus, I hereby consent to the reference in the Prospectus to the Documents and to the inclusion or incorporation by reference of information derived or extracted from the Documents in the Prospectus. I also consent to the use of my name in the Prospectus and any amendments or supplement thereto.

I hereby confirm that I have read the Prospectus and all information incorporated by reference therein that is derived or extracted from the Documents and have no reason to believe that there are any misrepresentations in the information contained in the Prospectus that is derived from the Documents or that is within my knowledge as a result of the services I performed in connection with the preparation of the Documents.
