(the "Company") (CSE:VIN) (OTCQB:VNNYF) reports that Mr. Alnoor Nathoo has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer, upon the resignation of Mr. Todd Violette as Chief Executive Officer and director of the Company. The Company wishes to acknowledge the contributions of Mr. Violette over the past 5 months.
