Remarks (if any):

Pursuant to the Capital Reorganization which was effective on 11 September 2014:

(i) the nominal value of each issued shares of HK$0.50 in the issued share capital of the Company was reduced to HK$0.01 by cancelling the paid-up capital in the amount of HK$0.49 on each of the issued shares; and

(ii) sub-divided each of the unissued shares of HK$0.50 each in the authorized share capital of the Company into 50 new shares of HK$0.01 each.
