CHANGE OF NAME OF PRINCIPAL SHARE REGISTRAR AND TRANSFER OFFICE IN BERMUDA

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of New Times Energy Corporation Limited (the “ Company ”) hereby announces that the name of the Company’s principal share registrar and transfer office in Bermuda has been changed from Codan Services Limited to Conyers Corporate Services (Bermuda) Limited with effect from 31 March 2017.

The address of the Company’s principal share registrar and transfer office in Bermuda remains unchanged.
