CHANGE OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of New Times Group Holdings Limited (the “Company”) hereby announces that Ms. Lau Ching Yin, Judy has resigned as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company for personal reason with effect from 5 February 2004.

On the same day, Mr. Lau Man Tak has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.
