He started his career with Arvind Mills as Production Planning and Control Manager. Thereafter, he worked with Asian Paints for almost 22 years overseeing at different levels the functions of supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing. For last over 5 years, he has been serving as Head -Supply Chain, Operations & IT at Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd, tasked with the responsibility to drive strategic initiatives, digital transformation, and operational excellence and is a member of their Executive Committee.
