TRADING HALT

At the request of Wealth Glory Holdings Limited (the “Company”), trading in the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has been halted with effect from 1:04 p.m. on Tuesday, 9 August 2016 pending the release of an announcement pursuant to the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers which is inside information in nature.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises five Directors, including one executive Director, namely, Mr. Hong Sze Lung; two non-executive Directors namely, Mr. Lau Wan Pui, Joseph and Mr. Law Chung Lam, Nelson and two independent nonexecutive Directors, namely, Mr. Tam Chak Chi and Mr. Chow Chi Fai.
