GO internet reaches 34,427 customers, +29% on 2015

The 4G LTE service is now available in all the main cities of Emilia Romagna and Marche

Gubbio, 7 June 2016 – GO internet reaches 34,427 customers as of 31 May 2016, 29% more than the number recorded in 2015.

"We are strengthening the 4G LTE service, especially in urban areas. We have recently extended the coverage to Parma and Reggio Emilia. The service is now available in all the main cities of Emilia Romagna and Marche, including Bologna, Modena, Ferrara, Ravenna, Cesena, Forlì, Rimini and Pesaro. The current business context is particularly positive as well. According to a recent report by Ericsson, LTE technology is recording a strong development globally. LTE subscriptions have reached 1.2 billion units, with 150 million new subscriptions in the first quarter of 2016" said Flavio Ubaldi, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Sales of the Company.
