GO internet: the ordinary shareholders' meeting approves the financial statements as of 31 December 2015

Gubbio, 20 April 2016 – GO internet S.p.A. announces that the ordinary shareholders' meeting that was held today and was chaired by the Company's President Giuseppe Colaiacovo has approved the financial statements (according to Italian financial standards) as of 31 December 2015 which included the management commentary, the report of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Auditor's report.

Both the financial statements and the reports, which have already been made available for consultation according to the terms of the current regulations, are available on www.gointernet.it, "Investor Relations" section.

The meeting minutes will be made available according to the terms of the current regulations at the Company's headquarters as well as on the Company's website www.gointernet.it
