ANNOUNCEMENT NO: 11

Notice concerning proxies issued to the Supervisory Board of GN Store Nord

In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, cf. Sections 4, no. 8 and 5, subsection 3, GN Store Nord A/S hereby announces that the Supervisory Board has received proxies from a number of shareholders authorising the Supervisory Board to vote on their behalf at the Extraordinary General Meeting on June 16, 2008.

On June 11, 2008 the Supervisory Board received voting proxies resulting in the Supervisory Board being authorised to vote on shares corresponding to more than 15 per cent of GN's total aggregate voting rights.

As of this date the Supervisory Board of Directors thus controls voting rights which in aggregate amounts to 17.4 per cent of GN's share capital and voting rights.

On June 16, 2008 after the Extraordinary General Meeting, the authorisation of the Supervisory Board to vote according to the voting proxies will terminate.
