GN Store Nord — Board/Management Information 2011

Copenhagen, 2011-03-18 08:57 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- After almost three years
as CFO of GN ReSound, Henrik Juuel has decided to leave GN Store Nord in order
to pursue a more active role related to board engagements outside of GN Store
Nord.

Anders Boyer is appointed CFO of GN ReSound in addition to his overall
responsibilities as CFO of GN Store Nord and part of GN's Executive Management.

In addition to the GN Store Nord responsibilities, Anders Boyer has previously
had the day-to-day CFO responsibility for GN Netcom. A new CFO for GN Netcom is
currently being hired. In the meantime, the current Vice President of Business
Controlling in GN Netcom, Tom Zachariassen, will be acting CFO.

The organizational changes are effective April 1, 2011.
