We refer to our letters dated June 30, 2020 and July 29, 2020 where GMM Pfaudler Limited (‘ the Company ’) had informed the Stock Exchanges regarding entering into binding term sheet and subsequent signing of definitive documents with De Dietrich Process Systems India Pvt. Ltd. (“ DDPSI ”) for itemized sale of their manufacturing facility at Hyderabad, Telangana.

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(7) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 which requires the Company to provide updates for material developments, in respect of the aforementioned disclosures made on June 30, 2020 and July 29, 2020, we hereby inform you that the Company has received physical possession of the facility and it was formally inaugurated on October 6, 2020. The production is expected to commence shortly.
