Re: Intimation of the Board Meeting – May 28, 2021

We would like to inform you that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company would be held on Friday, May 28, 2021, to consider and approve inter-alia, the following:

1. Audited Standalone Financial Results and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.

2. Payment of Final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, if any; subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

3. Further, in accordance with our previous intimation, trading window for dealing in Shares of the Company shall remain closed from March 31, 2021 till the close of business hours of May 30, 2021 (both days inclusive).

As intimated earlier, our Company completed the acquisition of a majority stake in the global business of our parent, the Pfaudler Group, in February 2021. We are consolidating the financials of the global business for a period of two months i.e. February and March 2021. Therefore, this year’s Q4 Board meeting has been scheduled in the last week of May instead of our regular schedule of second week.
