1. Unaudited Standalone Financial Results and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.

2. Payment of 2[nd] interim dividend for the financial year 2021-22, if any. Record date for the payment of 2[nd] interim dividend, if any shall be November 11, 2021.

Further, with reference to our letter dated September 29, 2021, bearing Ref. No. GMM/SEC/202122/36 and pursuant to the GMM Pfaudler Limited Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company which has been closed since September 30, 2021 shall remain closed up to October 30, 2021 (both days inclusive).
