Mr. Dominic Deller (DIN: 02798095), Chief Financial Officer of the Pfaudler Group was appointed as a Non-executive Director on the Board of GMM Pfaudler as a nominee of Pfaudler Inc. w.e.f. October 18, 2017. Since Dr. Dominic Deller has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer from Pfaudler, he has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company effective June 30, 2020.
The Board of the Directors has noted this change in directorship and placed on record its sincere appreciation for Dr. Deller’s valuable services, guidance and contribution to the Company during his tenure as a member of the Board and its Committees.
