The Parent along with its wholly owned subsidiary Mavag AG has acquired majority stake of 54% in Pfaudler overseas business through an SPV - GMM International S.a.r.l. on a going concern basis in terms of definite agreement on August 20, 2020 at a consideration of INR 2015.58 million. On fulfillment of conditions precedents, the acquisition was provisionally accounted as per acquisition method of accounting in accordance with Ind AS 103 - "Business Combinations", effective from February 1, 2021. આઝાદ લફઝ શ્રેણી બે હિસ્સામાં આયોજિત થઇ हती. આ સિરીઝના પ્રથમ | રોજ કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું જેમાં તા.૨૦મી ઇમર્જન્સ ઓફ રિમોટવર્કફોર્સ મે.૨૦૨૧ના રોજ સુશ્રી વિષય ઉપર સુશ્રી ભાગ્યશ્રી સંગીતા મજુમદાર તથા સુશ્રી પાર્લકર, સુશ્રી આરતી ાન્યું છે :,

ડેરી કોલેજના મદદનીશ પ્રાઘ્યાપક ડો. અમિત પટેલ હાજર રહયા હતા. ડો. એ. સી. વૈદ્યે પ્રસંગોચિત ઉદબોધનમાં દૂધની વિશેષતા વિશે વાત .

છન્ના, માવો, દહીં, છાશ વિગેરે વિશે વિસ્તૃતમાં ચર્ચા કરી. ડો. શ્રીકાંત કાટોલે દ્વારા ઉનાળામાં પશુઓમાં લેવાની કાળજી અને પાણીનું મહત્વ વિશે ચર્ચા કરવામાં આવી. અંજલી જાદવે દૂધના પોષક તત્વો વિશે ચર્ચા કરી હતી.

પેટલાદ, તા. ૨૮ પેટલાદમાં પારસી રોડ ઉપર આવેલ હાજીઅલી હૈદર શાહ વારસીની દરગાહનું તા. 39/૫/૨૧નાં રોજ યોજાનાર ઉર્સ શરીફ કોરોનાના કારણે મોક્ફ રાખવામાં આવ્યું છે. તેમ દરગાહના સેક્રેટરી લીયાકતહુસેન વારસી જણાવે છે.
