Sub: Notice under regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015- Closure of shops selling non-essential commodities
Dear Sir,
Kindly note that in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that with a view to contain the resurging Corona Virus, Government of Maharashtra has, inter alia, ordered the closure of all shops selling non-essential commodities, including liquor outlets throughout the state till April 30, 2021. Even though the manufacturing plant of the company is operational, the closure of retail outlets is likely to have some impact on the sales of the company during the month of April, 2021.
However, trade bodies have made a representation to the Government to permit sale of country liquor online, door delivery and parcel and a decision in this regard is expected soon.
Hence, the exact impact on the sales due to current scenario cannot be ascertained at this juncture.
