The aforesaid notice together with annual report has been sent electronically to those members who have registered their email addresses with the Company or the Depository Participant(s). The annual report for the year 2023-24 is also available on the Company's website www.gmbreweries.com. Under Investors Reports. Pursuant to section 91 of the companies Act, 2013 and rules there under Notice is also hereby given that the register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from May 10, 2024 to May 16, 2024 (both days inclusive) for determining entitlement to dividend & Bonus that may be declared at the 41st Annual General Meeting. Pursuant to section 108 of the companies Act, 2013 and rules there under, the Company is pleased to provide its members the facility to cast their vote by electronic means on all the resolutions set forth in the notice dated April 04, 2024.
