Sub: Outcome of Board Meeting - Audited Financial Results for the year ended $31^{\mathrm{st}}$ March 2026 and recommendation of Dividend

Ref: Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sir / Madam,

With reference to our letter dated $16^{\text{th}}$ May 2026 we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e., Saturday, $23^{\text{rd}}$ May 2026, have inter alia considered and approved the following:

1. Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on $31^{\text{st}}$ March 2026. A copy of the Financial Results along with Auditors Report is enclosed herewith.

M/s Singhi & Co., Statutory Auditor of the Company has issued the Auditor's Report with an unmodified opinion on the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026.

1. The Board of Directors has recommended dividend @200% i.e. Rs.20/- per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The meeting started at 12:30 P.M. and concluded at 5:30 P.M.
