In terms of the Clause 29( l) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the I Oth August, 2023, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the I'' Quarter ended on 30th June, 2023. In this connection the Trading Window of the company, which is already closed since 01'[1 ] July 2023 shall remain closed for the Directors and Senior employees of the company till I 2[1] h August 2023 and it shall open from l 3[1] h August 2023 pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
