Sub: Notice of Board Meeting
Dear Sir,
In terms of the Clause 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Sunday, the 08th August, 2021, inter-alia, (i) to consider and take on record the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended on 30th June, 2021 ; (ii) to fix the date & venue for conducting the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2020-21 & to fix the Book Closure date for the purpose of AGM. In this connection the Trading Window of the company, which is already closed since 30th June 2021 shall remain closed for the Directors and Senior employees of the company till 10th August 2021 and it shall open from 11th August 2021 pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
