In terms of the Clause 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the 02nd November, 2018, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2018 and in this connection the trading window of the company shall remain closed for the Directors and Senior employees of the company from 27th October 2018 to 04th November 2018 (both the days inclusive) pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
