Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and vide our letter dated 25th March, 2026, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed with effect from 1st April, 2026 and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results.
