Mariner declares offer for Globe Unconditional

Mariner Corporation Limited ( Mariner ) has today declared it’s off market offer for the shares in Globe International Limited ( Globe ) free from all conditions. Please find attached notices pursuant to sections 650F and 630(3) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Mariner reminds shareholders that the offer will expire on 15 February 2013. There are currently no alternate offers available.

Mariner urges all Globe shareholders who have not yet accepted the offer to ACCCEPT WITHOUT DELAY.

Notice Freeing Off-market bids from Defeating Conditions Section 650F(1)of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

• TO: 1. ASX Limited ACN 008 624 691; and

  1. Globe International Limited ACN 007 066 033 ( Globe )

In relation to the offer dated 21 December 2012 made by Mariner Corporation Limited ( Mariner ) under the replacement bidder's statement dated 6 December 2012 ( Replacement Bidder’s Statement ), for all of the issued fully paid ordinary shares in Globe International Limited ( Globe ) ( Offer ), Mariner gives notice under subsection 650F(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) that:

1. each Offer and each contract formed by acceptance of the Offer, is free from each of the conditions specified in section 7.7(a) of the Replacement Bidder’s Statement; and

2. Mariner's voting power in Globe is 0.065 % as at the date of this notice.

  1. Globe International Limited ACN 007 066 033 ( Globe

In relation to the offer by Mariner Corporation Limited ( Mariner ) dated 21 December 2012 for all of the issued fully paid ordinary shares in Globe ( Offer ), Mariner gives notice under subsection 630(3) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) that:

1. the Offer and each contract formed by acceptance of Offer, is free from each of the conditions specified in section 7.7(a) of the replacement bidder’s statement dated 6 December 2012 ( Replacement Bidder’s Statement ) as stated in the s 650F(1) notice dated 8 February 2013;

2. so far as Mariner knows, none of the conditions to the Offer set out in section 7.7(a) of the Replacement Bidder’s Statement has been fulfilled on the date of this notice; and

3. Mariner's voting power in Globe is 0.065% as at the date of this notice.
