પશ્ચિમ રેલ્વેની ૩૯૫ પાર્સલ વિશેષ ટ્રેનો દ્વારા ૭૫ પશ્ચિમ રેલવે દ્વારા ૩૯૨ કરોડ રૂ.ના રિફંડની ચૂકવણી હજાર ટનથી વધુ આવશ્યક સામગ્રીનું પરિવહન સુધી પહોચાડવા માટે શ્રમિક માટે રિફંડપરત હેતુ કેટલાક પ્રમુખ

આવક થઈ હતી. આ જ રીતે ૨૮ માટે કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. હજાર ટન ભાર સાથે ૩૨૮ કોવિડ ૧૭,૫૯૧ માલગાડીઓ ને અન્ય -૧૯ વિશેષ પાર્સલ ટ્રેનો વિવિધ જોનલ રેલવે સાથે જોડવામાં આવી આવશ્યક ચીજવસ્તુઓના પરિવહન હતી. જેમાં ૮૭૮૮ ટ્રેનો ને માટે ચલાવવામાં આવી હતી, જેની _ સોંપવામાં આવી હતી અને ૮૮૦૩ આવક રૂ. ૧૪.૩૨ કરોડ છે. આ ટ્રેનોને વિવિધ ઇન્ટરચેંજ પોઇન્ટ પર સિવાય, ૪૩૫૫ ટન વજનવાળા લઈ જવામાં આવી હતી. પાર્સલ ૧૦ ઇન્ડેન્ટેડ રેક્સ પણ લગભગ વાન / રેલ્વે મિલ્ક ટેક્રર ૧૦૦% ઉપયોગ સાથે ચલાવવામાં (આરએમટી) ૩૯૭ મિલેનિયમ આવ્યા હતા, જેનાથી રૂ. ૨.૧૬ પાર્સલ રેક્સ દૂધના પાવડર, પ્રવાહી વિપરીત અસરો હોવા છતાં, કરોડથી વધુની આવક થઈ છે. ૨૨ દૂધ અને અન્ય સામાન્ય ગ્રાહક માલ માર્ચથી ૧૨ જુલાઇ, ૨૦૨૦ જેવી આવશ્યક સામગ્રીની સપ્લાય સૂધીના લોકડાઉન સમયગાળા માટે દેશનાવવિિધભાગોમાં રવાના દરમિયાન, વેસ્ટર્ન રેલ્વે દ્વારા માલ કરવામાં આવી હતી. એક પાર્સલ ગાડીઓના કુલ ૮૯૬૩ રેકનો સ્પેશિયલ ટ્રેન ૧૩ જુલાઈ ર૦૨૦ ઉપયોગ ૧૮.૪૩ મિલિયન ટન ના રોજ પોરબંદર થી શાલીમાર

રાજ્યનાં દરિયાકાંઠાના વિસ્તારોમાં ભારેથી અતિભારે વરસાદની આગાહી

તા.૧૬મીએ ગુરૂવારે પોરબંદર, જૂનાગઢ, દ્વારકા, ગીર સોમનાથ વિસ્તારોમાં મધ્યમથી ભારે વરસાદ સોમનાથ, પોરબંદર સહિતનાં વરસી શકે છે. ભાવનગર જિલ્લામાં વિસ્તારોમાં ભારે વરસાદ પડવાની વલ્લભીપુરમાં ધોધમાર બે ઇંચ અને શકચતા છે. જ્યારે ઉત્તર ગુજરાત અને મધ્ય ગુજરાતનાં વિવિધ પોણો ઇંચ તથા જેસર અને વિસ્તારોમાં વરસાદી ઝાપટા પડી શકે પાલીતાણામાં અડધો ઇંચ વરસાદ છે. સૌરાષ્ટ્ર અને કચ્છમા મોનસુન નોંધાયો હતો. બોટાદ જિલ્લામાં છુટા- ટકને કારણે વરસાદી સિસ્ટમ સર્કિય છવાયા ઝાપટા વચ્ચે ગઢડામાં અડધો થતાં આગામી ત્રણ દિવસ ઇંચ વરસાદ પડ્યો હતો. હવામાન દરિયાકાંઠાનાં વિસ્તારોમાં ભારેથી ખાતાની આગાહી પ્રમાણે, સૌરાષ્ટમાં અતિભારે વરસાદની આગાહી

પરિપૂર્ણ કરવા માટે, પશ્ચિમ રેલ્વે કોરોના રોગચાળાને કારણે પ્રતિબંધિત ટ્રાફિક પ્રવાહ હોવા છતાં દેશભરમાં આવશ્યક સામગ્રી પ્રદાન કરવામાં આવે તેની ખાતરી કરવામાં કોઈ કસર બાકી નહી રાખે. પશ્ચિમ રેલ્વે દ્વારા દેશના જુદા જુદા ભાગો માટે દોડાવવામાં આવી રહેલ પાર્સલ સ્પેશિયલ ટાઇમ ટેબલ્ડ ટેનોની શ્રેણી ચાલુ રાખવા માટે અત્યાર સુધીમાં કુલ ૩૯૫ સ્પેશિયલ ટ્રેનો ચલાવવામાં આવી છે. જેમાં ૩૩૮ પાર્સલ સ્પેશિયલ અને ૫૭ મિલ્ક સ્પેશિયલ ટેનો ચલાવવામાં આવી છે. પશ્ચિમ રેલ્વે દ્વારા જારી કરાયેલ એક અખબારી યાદી મુજબ, ૨૩ માર્ચથી ૧૨ જુલાઇ, ૨૦૨૦ દરમિયાન કોરોના રોગચાળાની ૭૫,૦૦૦ ટનથી વધુ વજનનો માલ પશ્ચિમ રેલ્વે દ્વારા તેની ૩૯૫ પાર્સલ દ્વારા દેશના વિવિધ ભાગોમાં લઈ જવામાં આવ્યો હતો. જેમાં મુખ્યત્વે કૃષિ ઉત્પાદનો, દવાઓ, માછલી, દૂધ વગેરે શામેલ છે. આ પરિવહન દ્વારા થતી આવક આશરે ૨૩.૮૮ કરોડ રૂપિયા થઈ છે. આ સમયગાળા દરમિયાન, પશ્ચિમ રેલ્વે દ્વારા ૫૭ દૂધની વિશેષ ટ્રેનો ચલાવવામાં આવી હતી, જેમાં લગભગ ४३ હજાર ટન જેટલું ભારણ હતું અને વેગનના ૧૦૦%

સ્પેશિયલ ટ્રેનોની અવરજવર શરૂ સ્ટેશનો પર ૨૭ મે, ૨૦૨૦ થી કરવામાં આવી. આ ક્રમમાં નિશ્ચિત કરેલ કાઉન્ટરો શરૂ કરવામાં યાત્રિઓની સુવિધા માટે, ભારતીય આવ્યા. ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે યાત્રી રેલવેએ ૧૨ મે, ૨૦૨૦ થી ૧૫ પોતાની યાત્રાની તારીખ થી ૧૮૦ જોડી રાજધાની ટાઇપ વિશેષ ટ્રેનો દિવસોની અંદર રિફંડનો લાભ લઇ સાથે ચરણબધ્ધ તરીકે યાત્રી શકેછે. યાત્રિઓને કોઇપણ જાતના સેવાઓને દોડાવવાનો નિર્ણય લીધો રદ્દી કરણ શૂલ્કથી ટિકિટની પુરી અને ૧ જૂન, ૨૦૨૦ થી ૧૦૦ જોડી રકમ પરત આપવામાં આવી રહી વિશેષ ટ્રેન રેલગાડીઓ દોડાવવામાં છે. સાથે જ રિફંડ માટે ૧૮૦ આવી. અન્ય તમામ નિયમિત દિવસની વિશેષ છૂટ આપવામાં ટ્રેનોને રદ્દ કરવામાં આવી. નિયમિત આવી રહી છે. જેથી યાત્રી રદ્દ કરવામાં આવેલ ટ્રેનોની ટિકિટોનું વેબસાઈટના માધ્યમથી બુક કરેલ રિફંડ માટે જલ્દબાજી ના કરે અને ટેન ટિકિટોને ઓનલાઇન રદ્દ કરી હાલના પરિદ્રશ્ય પર વિચાર કરતાં તદ્ઉપરાંત રિફંડ આપી દેવામાં સામાજીત ડિસ્ટન્સના માનદંડો અને આવ્યુ. જેમકે પીઆરએસ સ્વાસ્થ્ય પ્રોટોકોલનું બખૂબી પાલન તમામ દેશ બહુ મુશ્કેલ સમયમાંથી યાત્રી ટ્રેનોની અવરજવર બંદ કરી પ્રવાસી મજદૂરો અને તેમના કાઉન્ટરોના માધ્યમથી પોતાની કરીને ભીડભાડ અને સેંક્રમણથી

કોરોના પોઝિટીવ આવ્યો છે. દહેગામ શહેરમાં ૫૫ વર્ષીય પુરૂષ અને વાસણા ચૌધરી ગામમાં ૬૫ વર્ષીય પુરૂષ તથા માણસા શહેરમાં ૪૩ વર્ષીય પુરૂષ અને લોદરા ગામમાં ૫૦ વર્ષીય પુરૂષને કોરોના રિપોર્ટ પોઝિટીવ આવ્યો છે. કલોલ તાલુકામાં ધમાસણા ગામમાં ૫૭ વર્ષીય પ૩ષ ૫.૦૦ કલાક પછી ગાંધીનગર અને બોરીસણા ગામમાં ૨૫ વર્ષીય તાલુકામાં છ, દહેગામ તાલુકામાં બે, યુવતી, ૨૯ વર્ષીય યુવાન તથા ૪૬ માણસા તાલુકામાં બે અને કલોલ વર્ષીય પુરૂષ, નાદરી ગામમાં ૬૫ તાલુકામાં છ મળી ૧૬ કોરોનાના વર્ષીય મહિલાને અને કલોલ શહેરમાં ૪૧ વર્ષીય પુરૂષને કોરોના પોઝિટીવ આવ્યો છે. અત્યાર સુધી જિલ્લામાં કોરોના પોઝિટીવ આંક ૬૫૪ થયો છે. જેમાં ૧૫૨ કોરોનાના દર્દીઓ સારવાર હેઠળ છે. ૪૪૮ વ્યક્તિઓએ ગામમાં ૩૭ વર્ષીય યુવાન, ખોરજ કોરોનાને પરાસ્ત કરતા ડિસ્ચાર્જ ધન્વન્તરી આરોગ્ય રથ જે ગામમાં કરવામાં આવ્યા છે.

ઉપયોગથી રૂ.૭.૩૯ કરોડની કરોડનો ખર્ચ તંત્રને સમારકામ નવરંગપુરામાં સૌથી વધુ ૧૮ અને મુશ્કેલીઓમાં વધારો થાય છે. ધન્વંન્તરી આરોગ્ય રથ જે ગામમાં જવાનો હોય તેની ગામમાં આગોતરી જાણ કરવાની સૂચના ડીડીઓએ આપી

અધિકારી શ્રી શાલિની દુહાને કલોલ ગામના સરપંચ અને તલાટી કમ આ મુલાકાત દરમ્યાન જિલ્લા વિકાસ તાલુકાના વડસર અને છત્રાલ ગામની મંત્રીને કરવી. જેથી આ અંગેની જાણ મુલાકાત લીધી હતી. આ મુલાકાત રાખવા પણ ભારપૂર્વક જણાવ્યું હતું. રાખવા પણ જણાવ્યું હતું.

અધિકારીશ્રી સાથે તાલુકા વિકાસ તમામ ગ્રામજનોને કરી શકાય. તેમજ અધિકારી, તાલુકા આરોગ્ય અધિકારી દરમ્યાન બિલેશ્વરપુર, ધાનોટ, સૈજ, ધન્વંતરી આરોગ્ય રથની સેવાનો અને મેડિકલ ઓફિસર પણ તેમની ડીંગુચા અને પાનસર ગામના લાભ મોટી સંખ્યામાં ગ્રામજનો લઇ સાથે જોડાયા હતા. તેમણે કોરોના સરપંચશ્રીઓ પણ ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યાં શકે. જિલ્લા વિકાસ અધિકારીશ્રીએ વાયરસ સંક્રમણને અટકાવવા માટે હતાં. આ મુલાકાત દરમ્યાન ગામાં હાઉસ ટુ હાઉસ આરોગ્ય કરવામાં આવેલી કામગીરી અને ગ્રામજનો સાથે થયેલ વાતને વિષયક સર્વે નિયમિત રૂપે થાય, હાલની પરિસ્થિતિ અંગનો તાગ પણ લોકોમાં સોશ્યિલ ડિસ્ટન્સીગનું પાલન મેળવ્યો હતો. તેમજ સરપંચશ્રીઓને યોગ્ય રીતે થાય, તેમજ માસ્ક પોતાના ગામોમાં કોરોનાનો કેસ ન ફરજિયાત પહેરે તેની ખાસ તકેદારી _ નોંધાયા તે અંગેની ખાસ તકેદારી

અમદાવાદ, અમદાવાદમાં માં ૨૦૦ જાહેર કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. હવે માસ્ક પહેર્યા વગર નીકળ્યા તો જોકે. હવે અમદાવાદ ૫૦૦ રૂપિયા દંડ લાગશે. અમદાવાદ મહાનગરપાલિકા દ્વારા આ દંડની મહાનગર પાલિકા દ્વારા જાહેરમાં રકમમાં વધારો કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. થૂંકવા પર અને માસ્ક ન પહેરવા પર આમદાવાદમાં જે નાગરિક માસ્ક વગર દંડની રકમમાં કોરડો ઝીકી લોકોને નીકળશે તેની પાસેથી રૂપિયા જાગૃત કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કરવામાં ૨૦૦ના બદલે ૫૦૦ પાલિકા આવ્યો છે. અમદાવાદમાં આ વસૂલશે.જાહેરમાં પાનમાવા ખાઈના આદેશનો તાત્કાલિકપણે અમલ થૂંકનારાલોકોનેસીધાકરવાનાઠેકાણે કરવાની સૂચના આપવામાં આવી છે. અગાઉ રાજ્ય સરકારે જાહેર કર્યા મુજબ માસ્ક ન પહેરવાનો દંડ રૂપિયા

પાલિકાએ ગલ્લાવાળાઓ પર તવાઈ બોલાવી છે. નવા આદેશ મુજબ જો કોઈ પાનના ગલ્લાની પાસે થૂંકશે તો દંડ થૂંકનારના બદલે ગલ્લા વાળા પાસેથી વસૂલાશે. ગલ્લાના માલિકે આ સંજોગોમાં ૧૦,૦૦૦ રૂપિયા દંડ ભરવા તૈયાર રહેવું પડશે. અમદાવાદમાં શહેરમાં ૧૫૨ જ્યારે જિલ્લામાં ૨૦ કેસ મળીને કુલ ૧૭૨ કેસ નોંધાયા છે. આ ઉપરાંત શહેરમાં ૧૨૫ અને જિલ્લામાં ૮ દર્દી મળી ્કુલ ૧૩૩ દર્દી ડિસ્ચાર્જ થયા છે. આ સાથે જ શહેર-જિલ્લામાં કુલ કેસનો આંકડો ૨૩,૦૮૩ અને મૃત્યુઆંક ૧૫૧૮ થયો છે. અમદાવાદમાંકુલ ૧૭,૯૨૨ દર્દી સાજા થઇ ઘરે પરત ફર્યા છે. તેમજ છેલ્લા ૫ દિવસમાં ત્રણ વાર ૪ મોત જ નોંધાયા છે. આ પહેલા ૭ જુલાઈએ અને ૧૧ જુલાઈએ ૪ મોત થયા હતા. અમદાવાદમાં ૧૨મી જુલાઈના સાંજના આંકડા મુજબ કુલ ૧૭,૯૨૨ દર્દી સાજા થઇ ઘરે પરત ફર્યા છે. તેમજ છેલ્લા ૫ દિવસમાં ત્રણ વાર ૪ મોત જ નોંધાયા છે. આ પહેલા ૭ જુલાઈએ અને ૧૧ જુલાઈએ ૪

'ઘરમાં જેની વિસાવદરના શહેરીજનો ટીમના વોરિયર્સ યોદ્ધાઓને સાથે રહો સલામત રહો' ના સ્લોગન ની રાખી લોક ડાઉનના નિયમો ની સખત દરરોજ ટીવી ચેનલો દ્વારા, પ્રેસ કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવી. કારણ કે મીડિયા મારફત, ન્યુઝપેપરના છેલ્લા બે દિવસમાં જૂનાગઢ જિલ્લામાં માધ્યમથી લોકોને વારંવાર સૂચનાઓ પોઝિટિવ કેસ આવતા વિસાવદર આપવામાં આવી કે કોરોના વાયરસ શહેર તેમજ ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં કોરોના ને ડામવા પ્રશાસન તંત્રને સહકાર વાયરસે પગ પેસારો કર્યો. જેના આપો. તેમ છતાં લોકો લાપરવાહી અનુસંધાને ડે. કલેક્ટર, મામલતદાર સાથે વિના કારણે માર્કેટમાં અવરજવર મળેલ. તાજેતરમાં વિસાવદર તથા પી.આઇ.એ પોતાના કાફલા ને _ કરવી, મોઢા ઉપર માસ્ક ન પહેરવા, સાથે રાખી શહેરમાં સઘન પેટ્રોલિંગ સોશિયલ ડિસ્ટન્સ ના ધજીયા ઉડાડવા કર્યું. ત્યારબાદ પોલીસ સ્ટાફે કડક હાથે જેવી બાબતોનો અતિરેક થતાં પોલીસ કાર્યવાહી શરૂ કરી જે સરાહનીય ડિપાર્ટમેન્ટ દ્વારા કડક કાર્યવાહીની બાબત છે. કારણ પ્રશાસન દ્વારા તથા અમલવારી શરૂ થતાં માસ્ક વગરના આરોગ્ય વિભાગ દ્વારા વારંવાર વ્યક્તિઓનેસ્થળઉપર રૂ.૨૦૦/- નો

સરાહના કરે છે. અને લોકો પણ પોતાની નૈતિક ફરજ સમજી ઘર પર રહેવામાં વધારે મુનાસિબ માનવા લાગ્યા. આજ દિવસ સુધી જૂનાગઢમાં કોરોના વાયરસ ના કેસ ઓછા હતા ત્યારબાદ એકાએક તાલુકાઓમાં કોરોના વાયરસ નું પ્રમાણ વધતું જોવા તાલુકામાં ૧૯ થી ૨૧ કેસ પોઝિટિવ આવતાં શહેર તથા ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારના લોકોમાં ફફડાટ વ્યાપી ગયેલ છે. જેની તકેદારીના ભાગરૂપે તંત્રએ ઝુંબેશ શરૂ કરેલ છે. તંત્રની જાગૃતતાથી લોકો પણ નિયમોનું પાલન કરતા જોવા મળે છે.

Western Rly Refunded Rs. 392 Crore Through Cancelled Tickets

Ahmedabad, Due to the Cororna virus pandemic, India along with the rest of the world is going through a very difficult time. To control the spreading of the virus all passenger trains were stopped since 22 nd March 2020 and a complete nationwide lockdown was announced in India. Gradually, Shramik special trains were introduced to carry the migrant labourers and their families to their hometowns. Later, for the convenience of passengers, Indian Railways decided to restore passenger services in a phased manner with 15 pairs of Rajdhani type special trains from 12 th May, 2020 & 100 pairs of special trains from 1 st June, 2020. These were special trains and services of all other regular trains were cancelled. Tickets booked through IRCTC

website for the regular trains

were cancelled online and amount credited accordingly. Whereas, for passengers who had booked their tickets through PRS counters, selected nominated stations were restarted for cancellations w.e.f 27 th May, 2020. It is worth mentioning that passengers can avail the refund within 180 days from the date of journey. The passengers are being given full refund without deduction of any cancellation charges. Also this 180 days leeway is being given so as passengers do not rush for refund against the cancelled trains and to avoid overcrowding by following social distancing norms and health protocols considering the present scenario. Railway on account of Corona Virus, has been Rs 1689.30 crore, which includes Rs 247.61 crore for suburban section and about Rs 1441.69 crore for non-suburban. Similarly, 326 Covid-19 special parcel trains with a load of approx. 28 thousand tonnes were also run to transport various essential commodities, for which the revenue earned was Rs 14.26 crore.

Chandigarh: Those coming to Punjab for less than 72 hours are now exempt from the mandatory home quarantine, and only need to submit a formal undertaking at the border check post. Announcing this relaxation for inbound domestic travellers, Punjab chief minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Tuesday said it had been decided to provide this concession to facilitate students wishing to come for examinations or business travellers etc, whose stay in the state is less than 72 hours from the time of their arrival. It has been decided to exempt such travellers from the 14-day mandatory home quarantine requirement that remains in place for domestic inbound

travellers in Punjab, he said.The exempt travellers will, however, need to submit a formal undertaking with the officer incharge (OIC) of the check post in a standard format provided on COVA app, which they would have to download on their phones.
