Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited announces that following the notification of its audited annual results for the year ended 31 December 2016, it has today posted its annual report and consolidated financial statements for that period, which are also available on the Company's website: www.globalworth.com.

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on 19 June 2017 at 10am British Summer Time at the Ground Floor, Dorey Court, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey. Notice of this year's AGM will be included in a separate circular to shareholders, to be issued in due course.
