The Company announces that it has been advised that on 13 October 2017 John Whittle, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 2,900 ordinary shares in the Company, for his RAT (Retirement Annuity Trust), at a price of €7.60 per ordinary share.

Following the above share purchase, Mr Whittle has an interest in 11,900 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.013 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
