Director/PDMR Shareholding

Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited (the "Company") announces that it has been advised that on 16 June 2017, Iannis Papalekas, a director of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of €7.70 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above share purchase, Mr Papalekas has an interest in 23,524,323 ordinary shares, equivalent to 25.96 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
