Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited (the "Company") announces that it has been advised that on 15 June 2017, Iannis Papalekas, a director of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of €7.625 per Ordinary Share.

The Company has also been advised that on 15 June 2017, Dimitris Raptis, a director of the Company, acquired 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of €7.625 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above share purchases, Mr Papalekas has an interest in 23,474,323 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 25.91 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital  of the Company and Mr Raptis has an interest in 436,028 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.48 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital.

The Notification of Dealing Forms provided in accordance with the requirements of MAR in relation to the transaction listed above are set out below:
