Director/PDMR Shareholding

The following amendment has been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 6 April 2017 at 11.00am under RNS No 8094B.

The price paid per ordinary share has been changed from €6.75 to €6.67. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

The Company announces that it has been advised that on 4 April 2017 Geoff Miller, non-executive chairman of the Company, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company, for his QROPS, at a price of €6.67 per ordinary share.

Following the above share purchase, Mr Miller has an interest in 21,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.023 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
