Director/PDMR Shareholding

Guernsey, 11 October 2016: Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd. (AIM: GWI) ("Globalworth" or the "Company") announces that it has been informed by Globalworth Investment Advisers Limited ("GIAL"), its subsidiary, that of the 300,000 Ordinary Shares allotted to it as referred to in the Globalworth announcement issued on 10 October 2016, it has decided to deliver 269,927 Ordinary Shares to GIAL's preference shareholders by way of a dividend in specie, and will retain 30,073 Ordinary Shares (in relation to which none of the executives or preference shareholders has any right or entitlement). The preference shareholders of GIAL are the Company's executive directors and certain other employees of GIAL. The delivery of the 269,927 Ordinary Shares to the preference shareholders has been approved by the Company's Board following the recommendation of the Remuneration Committee of the Company. The Ordinary Shares have been allocated in the following proportions:

Ioannis Papalekas	Founder and Chief Executive Officer	178,260 Ordinary Shares
Dimitris Raptis	Deputy CEO and Chief Investment Officer	43,750 Ordinary Shares
GIAL employees and GIAL	-	47,917 Ordinary Shares

All of the above Ordinary Shares are subject to a six month lock up period.

Following the above transactions, Mr Papalekas holds a beneficial interest in 23,247,028 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 36.14 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital, as enlarged.

Mr Raptis holds a beneficial interest in 352,407 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.55 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital, as enlarged.
