Total Voting Rights

Following completion of the Subscription raising 200m euros, and Admission to trading on AIM of the Subscription Shares, the Company's enlarged issued share capital now comprises 90,396,948 Shares with voting rights in the Company. The Company holds no shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of the voting rights in the Company is 90,396,948, which may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change in the interest, in the share capital of the Company under section 5 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules as reflected in the Company's articles of incorporation.
