Director/PDMR Shareholding

Guernsey 22 December 2016: Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd. (AIM: GWI) ("Globalworth" or the "Company") announces that, further to the announcements made on 10 and 11 October 2016, it has been informed by Globalworth Investment Advisers Limited ("GIAL"), its subsidiary, that GIAL has decided to deliver the previously retained 30,073 Ordinary Shares to Ioannis Papalekas, one of GIAL's preference shareholders, by way of a dividend in specie. The delivery of the 30,073 Ordinary Shares has been approved by the Company's Board following the recommendation of the Remuneration Committee of the Company. These 30,073 Ordinary Shares are subject to a six month lock up period.

Following the above transactions, Mr Papalekas holds a beneficial interest in 23,277,101 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 25.75 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
