Directorate change

Globalworth, the leading office investor in Central and Eastern Europe, announces that Alexis Atteslis, a non-executive director of the Company, is stepping down from the Board with immediate effect.

Geoff Miller, Chairman of the Board, Globalworth, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Mr Atteslis for his constructive contributions to Board decision-making during his time as a non-executive director, which spanned a critical period in the successful development of the Company".

Alexis Atteslis has been a non-executive director of the Company since September 2014 pursuant to the entitlement of Oak Hill Advisors[1], as set out in the Company's articles of incorporation, to appoint one non-executive director until the date on which its shareholding in the Company reduced below 5% at which time such appointment would automatically and immediately terminate. Following the disposal of shares by Oak Hill Advisors announced earlier today, which reduced its shareholding in the Company to 4.05%, the appointment of Mr Atteslis has accordingly terminated.
