Completion of Acquisition and Disposal

Change of Name

Further to the announcement of 19 January 2016, the Company is pleased to announce that all outstanding conditions in relation to the Acquisition and the Disposal have been satisfied. 

The Company also confirms that with effect from 8.00am today it has changed its name from Progressive Digital Media Group plc to GlobalData plc and has commenced trading under the new trading instrument display mnemonic (TIDM), "DATA".

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings set out in the circular dated 23 December 2015.
