GlobalData announces that, in response to demand from new and existing institutional investors, Mike Danson (CEO) and a connected party of Wayne Lloyd (Managing Director, GlobalData US) yesterday sold 3.34 million ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 600 pence per share.

Following the sale, Mike Danson, Wayne Lloyd and their connected parties continue to hold a combined 71.4 per cent of the Company's share capital. The shares sold by Mike Danson and connected persons of Wayne Lloyd represent 2.8 per cent of the Company's issued shares.
