GlobalData plc received notification on 23 September 2016 of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 1/14p each ("Ordinary Shares") by Simon Pyper, Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

On 22 September 2016, Mr Pyper sold 18,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 375 pence per share.  This sale was made as part of a settlement of family arrangements concerning Mr Pyper and his former spouse.  Following the transaction Mr Pyper is beneficially interested in a total of 150,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
