GlobalData announces that on 7 March 2016 Bernard Cragg, Chairman of the Company, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 1/14th pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 226.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction Bernard Cragg is beneficially interested in a total of 390,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.38 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
