Rule 19.6(c) confirmation in respect of post-offer intention statements made in relation to Global Ports Holding Plc ("GPH")

The Company announces that, further to the completion of its unconditional recommended cash offer of GPH, it has duly confirmed in writing to The Takeover Panel in accordance with the requirements of Rule 19.6(c) of the Code that the Company has complied with its post-offer intention statements made pursuant to Rules 2.7(c)(viii) and 24.2 of the Code, as originally detailed in its Rule 2.7 announcement dated 11 July 2024 and the offer document published on the same day.
